1.- You are eating too many calories
Stop eating calories after the surgery. These are what made you add weight in the first place, so avoid eating a lot of them after the surgery. This does not imply that you have to starve yourself. Your body added weight because it did not burn as many calories. You might even add weight after the surgery if you eat a lot of calories.
2.- You don’t have a balanced meal plan
Don’t starve yourself after the surgery. People assume that if you don’t eat you will lose weight accordingly. This is, however, not the case. Eat a balanced diet. Eat proteins but not too much of them. The fact that you want to lose weight doesn’t mean that you will not eat fats. You have to eat a balanced proportion of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.

7.- You are losing weight just give yourself some time
